Gubbio is located in the Italian province of Perugia (Umbria)

This is the first page for a book illustration I'm commissioned to do. Please do not use for any use. This took forever to render!

Please comment with useful critiques. I would greatly like to improve my technique.

but on the right side if you want critique then is the right side of the picture the edge fo the town?

I actually knew where this place was....

But I love how you worked with the building architecture and the amount of depth you incorporated into them. I can see the church tower atop, and love the amount of green you used for trees. It honestly seems to be a city among mountains of trees. and also it seems like the other one i commented, your clouds are on a bend somewhat....but the way you did it was a good touch to the work

:wow: this is gorgeous! I dont really know how to critique it though..... *thinking* well...maybe the trees in the back could be pushed back a bit further? To show that its really back there....but I dont know if thats just the way it actually looks >.<;
This piece really pops out at you though!

Beautiful, I don't know much about paintings, but I will say this:
the technique and colours are amazing and I'm just amazed at all the detail. The one this that is slightly sad is that poor little lonely (chapel?) on the top of the trees.

Amazing job tho
