Description

Studying any images I could gather from the preview videos of Jurassic World, here is my fan made illustration on the I-Rex / Indominus Rex. I realize every day new images are released of the new dino,  So this is a early interpretation. Trying to be as accurate as I could. The frame work and values were painted before the Mercedes bend's high resolution portrait image which was later released. After seeing the newer images the ridge along the nose leading to the top of the head is higher, unlike this image where is the ridge is more T-Rex like. Subtitle but a major difference in the design which is not pictured here.

Prints available here: fineartamerica.com/featured/i-…

Digital painted in Photoshop CS3, about 8hrs.

Here's a large number of similarities I've noticed between the Indominus rex and the Grinch.

She’s a mean one.

She really is a heel.

She’s as cuddly as a cactus and as charming as an eel.

She’s like a bad banana with a greasy black peel.

She’s a monster.

Her heart is an empty hole.

I wouldn’t touch her with a 39 1/2 foot pole.

She’s a vile one.

She has termites in her smile.

She has all the tender sweetness of a seasick crocodile.

And if I were given the choice between them, I’d go for the latter.
