This is great! I like the spread of bread and other veggies, though I'm not exactly sure what's being cut in the picture. Is that an apple? Or is it something else that I haven't seen in a while and forgot what it looks like?
Anywho, the positioning of everything is good, though you may want to flatten the edges of the cut wedges so that it would make sense that they were standing up on their own and also so they look like they would make a full fruit/veggie when they were pieced together. The only other thing would be the hands. Usually, there's a fair amount of distinction for the knuckles and the lines they create in the skin. Though, really, this is such a minor detail it can be left out.
The arm in the right of the picture, the character's left alsot looks thinner than the arm on the left, or the character's right.
Other than that, the lettuce looks EXTREMELY realistic! I didn't notice it at first, but it looks exactly like actual lettuce! X3 That and the bread looks great as well, though I'm not sure what the purple things are.
Overall, everything looks great. Excellent work!

it looks good.
i would try to bring out the highlights in the fruits a bit more, as they do tend to glisten in the light.
try sharpening up the shadows a little bit as well.
the lettuse seems to have a lot more intricate details than everything else, and looks a little out of place because of that.
alo, i'm not sure what is being cut, but if it's an apple, it looks a little rotten.
the crumbs by the bread are huge, maybe add a few tiny speckles of crumbs in there as well.
it looks like you're trying to create a depth of field effect by blurring details on the person's clothes. if this is the case, it either needs to be blurred a little more to make it believable, or sharpen up the details and remove the effect all together.
try to bring out some more details in the hands.
strengthen the highlight along the top of the knife.
i'm not trying to nitpick in a negative way, just sharing my thoughts.
overall, it looks good, just needs some fine detail work.
